Regular Savings
- $25.00 minimum balance to open.
- Transfers from a Savings account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, or telephone transfer are limited to 9 per quarter. Interest will be compounded and credited to the account every quarter.
- Interest rate and annual percentage yield may change at any time.
- We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest.
Fees: A per withdrawal fee of $.25 will be charged for each withdrawal in excess of 9 per quarter during a calendar month.
Health Savings Account
A Health Savings Account (HSA) was designed for those with high-deductible ($1,100 for individual or $2,200 for family) health plans as long as you are not covered under another type of health plan and are not entitled to benefits under Medicare. It is a tax-exempt trust or custodial account established exclusively for the purpose of paying qualified medical expenses for you and your family. Consult your tax advisor.
